Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Any reference made to “KarensVocals” below will refer to www.karensvocals.com website.

  2. By booking lessons with KarensVocals, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms, conditions, notice periods and disclaimers contained in this agreement.

     

  3. KarensVocals reserves the right to institute changes and amendments to any of the terms in this agreement on condition that reasonable notice thereof is given to the customer in writing.

     

  4. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days only and subject to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of KarensVocals. The price may be subject to increase due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of KarensVocals. The customer will be notified of such an increase in advance.

     

  5. KarensVocals require payment made in full before any services are rendered.

     

  6. A session cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled. A reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the day and time for which that session was originally scheduled, otherwise it will be regarded as a cancellation. If a session is regarded as a cancellation then KarensVocals will not refund the customer.

     

  7. In the event where an error has occurred in respect of a booking, KarensVocals will allow it to be rescheduled within a reasonable time.

     

  8. KarensVocals shall within 30 days after an agreement has been reached with the customer, refund the agreed amount.

     

  9.  It is the customer’s responsibility to inform KarensVocals within 10 business days of any issues that may pertain to the services provided by KarensVocals. Notice must be provided via email.

     

  10. The Customer agrees that no indulgence whatsoever by KarensVocals shall constitute a waiver by KarensVocals in respect of any of its rights herein. Under no circumstances will KarensVocals be prevented from exercising any of its rights in terms of this Agreement.

     

  11. The customer’s failure to pay the full outstanding amount for a session booking on or by the agreed dates, will result in the session booking being cancelled by KarensVocals.

     

  12. All discounts shall be forfeited if payment in full is not made on the due date.

     

  13. The Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court for any action that may arise from this agreement.
