Terms & Conditions – KarensVocals
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through the KarensVocals website (www.karensvocals.com).
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. General
1.1 KarensVocals may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to customers with reasonable notice.
1.2 All prices are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified in advance of any pricing adjustments.
2. Payments
2.1 Payment must be made in full before any sessions or services will be confirmed.
2.2 If payment is not received on time, the session booking may be cancelled.
2.3 Any discounts offered will be forfeited if payment is not made by the due date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as fair and flexible as possible while respecting our team’s time.
3.2 Rescheduling:
– You may reschedule a session at no charge up to 24 hours before the original booking.
– Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
3.3 Cancellations:
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit, at your request.
– Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
3.4 Emergency Situations:
We do understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you have a valid reason for missing your session, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. Booking Errors & Disputes
4.1 If a booking error occurs on our side, we will work with you to reschedule the session within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2 If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 30 days of the agreement.
5. Service Feedback
5.1 Customers must report any issues with services received within 10 business days.
5.2 Notifications must be sent via email to ensure proper record-keeping.
6. Legal Limitations & Jurisdiction
6.1 Accepting leniency or flexibility from KarensVocals does not mean we waive our rights under this agreement.
6.2 KarensVocals retains the right to enforce any of its terms at any time, regardless of past conduct.
6.3 The customer agrees that any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Cape Town Magistrates Court, South Africa.
6.4 Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication or mediation before pursuing legal action.
